Roji Health Intelligence QCDR Measures
Roji Health Intelligence is a CMS approved Qualified Clinical Data Registry (QCDR). QCDRS are distinguished by their ability to foster improvement in care by creating new performance measures and reporting these to Medicare. They allow provider organizations to develop a quality measurement and improvement program aimed at the full patient population, while offering quality reporting to CMS an adjunct to that program. QCDRs are also able to benchmark provider performance using a variety of analyses. Roji Health Intelligence is the only Illinois entity to be able to report for all physicians regardless of specialty through this new mechanism for reporting quality of care to Medicare.
For groups at risk of poor scoring under MACRA MIPS for the cost component, Roji Health Intelligence also offers Solutions and Measures to address cost and quality issues. The Measures are used internally to assist the group, regardless of Quality Reporting method.

Roji Health Intelligence has 9 customized QCDR Measures. We have developed all of these measures; they are unique in measuring the driving factors for outcomes, including systemic issues, so that solutions rather than penalties can be implemented. In addition to these customized measures, Roji Health Intelligence is qualified to report all PQRS (2017) and MIPS measures (both individual and Measures Groups), and all ACO/GPRO Web Interface measures. Please see the CMS Qualified Clinical Data Registry Reporting page for more information.
